The 2012 Sacred Heart Pioneers football team represented Sacred Heart University as a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC) during the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by first-year head coach Mark Nofri, the Pioneers compiled an overall record of 2–9 with a mark of 1–7 in conference play, placing last out of nine teams in the NEC.
