Darbu Station (Norwegian: Darbu stasjon) is a railway station located at the village of Darbu in Øvre Eiker, Norway on the Sørlandet Line. The station is served by local trains line L12 between Kongsberg via Oslo to Eidsvoll operated by Vy.[citation needed]
History
[edit]The station was opened in 1871[1] when a branch line of Randsfjorden Line was opened between Hokksund and Kongsberg.[2] The station building was built in 1871, and was designed by Henrik Bull. It has been preserved.[1]
