Erebus is a genus of moths in the family Erebidae.
Taxonomy
[edit]The genus is the type genus of the tribe Erebini, subfamily Erebinae, and family Erebidae.
Description
[edit]Differs from Speiredonia in the mid and hind tibia being spined and almost naked. Forewings are broad.[2]
