Description1961 Rambler Ambassador sedan in pink 3of4 at Rambler Ranch.jpg
English: The 1961 Rambler Ambassador, a luxury compact car built by American Motors Corporation (AMC). Riding on the same 117-inch (2,972 mm) as the previous year, the 1961 model year featured a new "prowlike" front design featuring a smaller grille with horizontal bars with a small Ambassador nameplate script and repositioned outboard quad headlamps next to the protruding lower front fender extensions. There were also minor changes to the taillamps, bodyside trim, and the interior. Photographed at the Rambler Ranch collection (located at 36370 Forest Trail, Elizabeth, CO 80107, see: https://www.ramblerranch.com ) that was part of the 2021 American Motors Owners (AMO) convention held in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
