English: Castles of Munster: Kilkishen, Clare On the road north from Sixmilebridge to Kilkishen in the Kilkishen Demesne stands the remains of a five storey tower, whose southern half collapsed spectacularly in 1989. It was said to have been built by Sean MacNamara in c.1500, and was forfeited to Henry Ivers during the 1650s. It was later sold to John Cusack.
Google Maps, marking the roof; the Irish Grid location is several meters off.
