Summary

Description Earlier identified as Teleopsis sykesii, Diopsidae from North Wayanad, Kerala, India. Determined from photograph by Hans R. Feijen. Now identified as T. amnoni - see Feijen, HR and C. Feijen (2019). An annotated catalogue of the stalk-eyed flies (Diopsidae: Diptera) of India with description of new species in Megalabops Frey and Teleopsis Rondani. Israel Journal of Entomology 49(2):35-72.
