A wide panorama of Downtown Miami, OK as seen from Main St. and Central Ave. This image was created using a Panasonic DMC-FZ35 to take about 25 separate exposures in two rows, rotating the camera around roughly 270 degrees, starting from W. Central at the left-most end, and ending with S. Main at the right. I left out some portions of W. Central due to a large vehicle that was obscuring my view. Hugin was used to stitch the images together, using Miller Cylindrical projection for the final image.
This is a retouched picture, which means that it has been digitally altered from its original version. Modifications: A few license plates were blurred out for privacy. Portions of the sky in the upper right had to be simulated/filled in. Ditto for portions of the sidewalk in the lower left. There were significant stitching errors on the lamp post on the left that I had to correct by copying and pasting from one of the work images (not enough exposures around it to generate good control points). Smaller stitching errors on the pillar in front of the radio station on the left had to be corrected manually as well..
