Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) for visual identification of the person in question, at the top of his/her biographical article
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
I have looked at every image of her and this one was the most flattering. The low resolution, black and white copy of the original, which can be seen here: http://transfeminism.tumblr.com/post/9254705495/husband-robs-bank-to-save-wife, was professionally done and still under copyright.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) This file is intended to be used in her biographical article for visual identification of that person. It could hypothetically also be used for other visual identification as needed in articles related on John Wojtowicz or Dog Day Afternoon.
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
It is a low resolution copy of a black and white copy of the original color photograph. In addition it has been autographed by Liz Eden.
Other information The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: September 29, 1987
