Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It will prove what is written in the article of "Homenmen" wikipedia page, and exactly will prove the "Homenmen Syria" title in the article. That the Homenmen scout is still active to this day.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	As i mentioned above, because people will believe photo evidences.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This file will be only used in 1 article "Homenmen" and it's not usable to any other articles because it doesn't have any benefits to any other pages in wikipedia, it won't be used more the necessary, larger excerpts of a single work and it won't be in a higher resolution than this.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I know the owner very well, and it will not harm any commercial opportunity of the owner because he's my friend.
