English: This is a decrypted message from the Nazi HSSPF (Higher SS and Police Leader) of section "Russland Mitte" (Middle Russia), describing the 'liquidation' of a town in Belarus. It was sent June 16 1942.

- To: Reichsfuehrer SS (Rf SS, Heinrich Himmler) and the Chief of the Order Police (Chef Orpo, Kurt Daluege).

On the Bobruisk-Mogilew road, [there was] a skirmish with partisans: 16 men from the 51st Police battalion were killed. In the town of Borki, [Unlocated. There are several towns named Borki in present day Belarus – author.] where weapons and ammunition were found, and was leveled in the usual manner. The inhabitants were liquidated.
