Description Located at Dehradun, in Uttaranchal , Songtsen Library collects, preserves and makes accessible ancient Tibetan and Himalayan religious, cultural and historical documents. It is named after King Songtsen Gampo, the 33rd Tibetan king. The library houses statutes of Trisong Deutsen, Songtsen Gompo and Ralpachen, three religious kings.
