English: The trace fossil Tambia spiralis on the lower surface of a layer of the Tambach Sandstone exhibited at the Bromacker quarries at the outskirts of Tambach-Dietharz, Thuringia, Germany. The cast of a mudcrack runs through the upper half of the image.
