World of Warcaft Corrupted Blood Plague taking place in the city of Ironforge on Silvermoon (US). You can see the corpses of dead players all around. Small, red bursts of blood such as the one affecting the character to the left of Emmetjmcfly just beneath the Corrupted Blood details window indicate players infected with the debuff and actively taking damage.
