Illorai is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 130 kilometres (81 mi) north of Cagliari and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Sassari.
Illorai borders the following municipalities: Bolotana, Bonorva, Bottidda, Burgos, Esporlatu, Orani, Orotelli.
