Jean Paul Bredau (born 27 June 1999) is a German sprinter. He competed in the 4x400 m men's relay at the 2021 Summer Olympics, in which his team was last in the heat, with a time of 3:03.62.[1] At the World Championships in Budapest he was in the final of the 4x4 mixed relay and took 7th place. A week later he ran the men's 4x4 relay with Manuel Sanders, Marvin Schlegel and Marc Koch in 3:00.67, a time that had not been seen in 25 years German relay has run more. In Rome at the European Championships he has taken the third place with the 4x4 men's relay.

At the ISTAF Berlin 2023 he ran 44.96sec, the fastest time in Germany in 21 years.
