Leopold Township is one of seven townships in Perry County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 717 and it contained 317 housing units.[1]

History

Leopold Township was established in 1847, and named after Leopold I of Belgium.[3]

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 32.37 square miles (83.8 km2), of which 32.11 square miles (83.2 km2) (or 99.20%) is land and 0.26 square miles (0.67 km2) (or 0.80%) is water.[4]
