Luis Armando Melgar Bravo (born 21 August 1966) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico (PVEM)).
Melgar Bravo was elected to the Senate in the 2012 general election, representing Chiapas for the 62nd and 63rd sessions of Congress.[1][2] He had previously served as the director of the TV station Proyecto 40 between 2006 and 2011.
He was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for 13th district of Chiapas at the 2021 legislative election. He successfully sought election as one of Chiapas's senators in the 2024 Senate election, occupying the first place on the Ecologist Green Party of Mexico's two-name formula.[3][4]
