Mario Vittorio "Marvey" A. Mariño (born October 3, 1970) is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative of Batangas' 5th congressional district in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He first assumed office in 2016 and has since been an active figure in national politics. In addition to his legislative duties, Mariño has held the position of Chairperson of the House Committee on Government Reorganization since 2019, where he has played a crucial role in streamlining government operations.

Before entering the national political arena, Mariño served as a Batangas Provincial Board Member from 2013 to 2016. His experience at the provincial level laid the groundwork for his broader political career. As part of his continued service to the people of Batangas, Mariño is set to run for Mayor of Batangas City in the upcoming 2025 Elections. In a strategic political move, he will be switching roles with his wife, Bevery Rose A. Dimacuha, who currently holds the position of Mayor. Dimacuha will be running for the congressional seat in the same district, aiming to succeed her husband on the same congressional district.
