Steve Tappin (born 5 September 1966) is a British leadership coach, the co-founder and CEO of Xinfu and co-author of The Awareness Code and The Secrets of CEOs.
Early life
[edit]Tappin was born on 5 September 1966. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield University.[1]
Career
[edit]Tappin began his career with the chemical company ICI, on a management training scheme. In his late 20s and early 30s, he worked for KPMG, PA Consulting and Heidrick and Struggles.[citation needed] He noticed these global professional services firms faced similar challenges to the major corporations they advised, and this motivated Tappin to create Xinfu, a professional services firm. Since 2008, Tappin has been the founder and CEO of Xinfu, a CEO and leadership consulting firm."[2]
