Categories change explanation

I have removed this from Category:North West England templatesand put it in Category:Liverpool navigational boxes for now. This is because I think as the University is based in Liverpool this is a better fit, but I am happy to discuss further. Dunarc (talk) 23:41, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
