Georgian shepherd

[edit]

I changed your article to a redirect because I can't see how a Georgian Shepherd Dog isn't a Caucasian Shepherd Dog, which already has an article. Also, your article is completely unreferenced and may appears to be based on original research in parts. As you're new to Wikipedia, I'm more than happy to format any citations properly if you want to go in and insert them as bare url references. If you need any other coding help, such as adding an infobox for example, let me know and I'll do my best to help out. Miyagawa (talk) 10:40, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please read Wikipedia:Verifiability. There needs to be reliable sources to support articles, and at the moment there isn't any on the Georgian shepherd article at the moment.Miyagawa (talk) 13:29, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Is there a website for that source, or details of how it appeared in print? Because it needs to be able to support what has been said in the article. Documentation for a single dog isn't sufficient as it isn't independently verifiable. Miyagawa (talk) 17:35, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Also, if you want to have a look at a recently created article for a dog breed, so that you can see how it should be structured, then I created Ratonero Valenciano this afternoon. Additionally, if you have suitable photographs of your dog, then they can be added to Wikimedia Commons if you are willing to release them on creative commons licencing. Miyagawa (talk) 17:43, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If you go here and then click on upload file on the left side, it'll tell you how to upload images there. Miyagawa (talk) 19:47, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wasn't disputing your truthfulness. It is a question of the verbiage (tone), which is not neutral. WP:NPOV. Your are correct that we need citations to WP:RS. It appears in part that we are having a language problem, as English may not be your first language. This isn't personal I will remove the tag in a couple of days, assuming the issues are addressed. Happy editing. 7&6=thirteen () 16:49, 2 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

English is not my first language, 1st Georgian, 2nd Spanish 3d English, 4th Russian, 5th german. so pleace dont mention my english problems. ok mate, i will put sources in the article...
That you speak 5 languages is laudable. I didn't mean to be a WP:dick when I mentioned your writing. I don't have a third language. I WP;AGF, and appreciate your contributions. I was just suggesting that we have a failure to communicate effectively in the English wikipedia, and that we can work together on this article. With respect, even the translation of the "breed standard" you posted is not regular in sentence structure and syntax as an English document. But that doesn't mean that we can't work through all this, as I think that the article can be developed. As a native American English speaker, I'm pleased to assist. I am on a deadline here on other matters, but I will get back with you (and the article on this in a couple of days. Best regards. 7&6=thirteen () 17:51, 2 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
thank u very much i wish u will help me with the article. I own this breed and because they are large populated i decided to write an article about it (its my first try) as my Georgian shepherd is registred in Georgia and Holland i thought it will be fair to write about it. My dog is 80kg 85cm and if dog breed with such large and powerful dogs has not a place in the world than it will be depopulated. and believe me everything what i whore ist my fantasy i took them from different sources. how can i put source from TV...???
