ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:49, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

L.A. Guns photos

[edit]

Hi, I see you don't like your L.A Guns photos being used. You might want to mark them for deletion on commons so they don't get used again by someone who doesn't realise you don't like them being used. Try reading on Template:SD. Mewhen123 (talk) 00:04, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Mewhen123: I don’t like it because of this [[1]] it’s not something I like to think about because it’s over a musician who thinks he has authority over his own article. At this point you could use them. But I am highly against doing anything once they revert your work and they legally threaten you telling you your work is complete shit, and you have "no right" to edit their Wikipedia page. Thanks for sending a message over it. Btw I did try to get them deleted when this happened but they were denied. Meep Meep 04:43, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm so sorry that you got that threat, I believe the image they prefer has been deleted though. If you want any support with getting him banned if he continues harassing you, I am happy to help. Mewhen123 (talk) 10:47, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Mewhen123: Thanks, I hid my uploads. Feel free to revert the edits but if he does revert the changes. I will be reporting the Conflict of Interest if this does happen, also yes I am aware that the photo he "owns" was deleted, I really wish celebrities understood how Wikipedia works.Meep Meep 13:14, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: Major League Wiffle Ball

[edit]

Hello Roadrunnermeep. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Major League Wiffle Ball, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Notability is not a speedy deletion criterion - use WP:AFD if you think this needs deletion. Thank you. Whpq (talk) 04:01, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
