Greetings
[edit]Hi Roshan: Nice work on Cannizzaro reaction! I hope that you contributing your knowledge to Wikipedia. You can see that I removed the mechanistic drawing for the diolate. My experience tells me that your first drawing is sufficient, and too much artwork would probably detract from the readability of this article. Best wishes, --Smokefoot (talk) 19:27, 22 January 2012 (UTC)

Structures
[edit]Hi, Sorry to be a pain, could we please ask if you would upload any new structures to commons - it's taken well over 6 months to almost clear out thousands of structures on en-wiki - see Category talk:Unclassified Chemical Structures - we are standing at 63 orphan files (structures not in use tend to be deleted - there is no way to search for them, so users tend to make new ones as required, because it takes so little time to generate a new one) and 48 in-use files (but are mainly poor jpg/gif - so are not being moved to commons until someone draws a new svg version).
Once you login to commons (you should be able to with current username and password - meta:Help:Unified_login), then I would suggest copy the link on my home page there (commons:User:Ronhjones) - it gives you the basic upload page with most of the fields filled in ready - just needs the name of the file to upload and the description title. License for structures are always {{PD-chem}}. You may also like to have a read of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Chemistry/Structure drawing - it explains ways of generating the preferred svg format files. Thanks for your attention. Hello
[edit]Hi Roshan: I just wanted to say thanks for your comments on my new article on composite decking. It is my first wikipedia article and I am just glad to be getting some feedback. Thanks again Deckinginformer (talk) 14:21, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
- You are most welcome. And in the future, add your posts to the end of talk pages, discussion pages, etc instead of in the beginning. Happy editing. :) Roshan220195 (talk) 14:27, 25 May 2012 (UTC)

You're doing a fantastic job!
[edit]Roshan, thank you so much from me and the MoodBar research team for your work on clearing the Feedback Dashboard backlog! You and the other responders have doubled the number of responses to feedback in the past few days. I wanted to let you know that in 4 more days, the MoodBar will be temporarily disabled, so you won't see any new feedback coming in for a little while. This is just to get a sample of users to compare to the ones who could give feedback and get responses from you – it'll be back soon. So get all of your responding in now, because you might have to go through a bit of Feedback Dashboard withdrawal next week :) Thanks again, and keep up the great work! [edit]Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as on Wikipedia talk:AutoWikiBrowser/CheckPage, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. Armbrust, B.Ed. Disambiguation link notification for June 28
[edit]Hi. When you recently edited Rendezvous (festival), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page KK (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Original Art Workshop
[edit]Hi Roshan - thanks for the message. I've left a reply on the Graphics Lab talk page. In coming to your talk page, I've see some general interests of you in dealing with chemistry-related illustrations. It might work well for both of our motivations to work on an (involved) original illustration each month, and perhaps to show-case it in a blog or some such. I don't think I can commit to much more than that, given the variety of projects I've neglected.
On a related note, one of the projects that is finally coming to fruition is a method of generating vector illustrations from 3D models. I'm planning to take some weekly time to model an object and blitz different views and angle of it - that would probably come in handy for assembling various pictures. If there's anything that you'd particularly need, give me a shout and I'll make that higher on the weekly list!
Take care, and thanks for all the great work you've been doing in the Illustration workshop. Jon C (talk) 15:53, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for showing interest Jon. Appreciate it.
- And btw, I do have interest in learning about 3d software like blender to create nice illustrations(actually motivated by the example image created using blender in the graphics lab page). Will definitely let you know when I find time for that. Roshan220195 (talk) 16:50, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
- Cool as it might be, that illustration just scratch the surface of what Blender can do nowadays - it's one of the fastest moving software. If you're interested in illustrations, once you've gotten a handle in Blender basics, check out the Freestyle experimental builds on GraphicAll - in conjunction with playing with shaders, you can get a variety of very interesting NPR effects. Jon C (talk) 16:43, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah k Jon. Thanks. Roshan220195 (talk) 17:04, 6 July 2012 (UTC)
