Welcome

[edit]

Hi there, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for your addition of the HHpred/HHsearch‎ article. I've personally encountered references to both methods in the literature on protein structure prediction, but hadn't read anything more into either until copyediting the new article on them. Perhaps you'd be interested in joining WP:MCB? It's a project aimed at improving coverage of molecular and cellular biology on Wikipedia, and your knowledge of bioinformatics would be a definite asset. Hi. When you recently edited HH-suite, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Homology (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
