Mallapuram is a Village between varushanadu to Usilampatti road in Madurai district in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.It is located in west border of madurai Dt.Mallapuram panchayat village consist of sevaral villages like M.kallupatti, m.perumalpatti,M.somasunthareshwarapuram, pudur, sedapatti, M.ayyampatti.
