Hello, Thecurran. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Children First Foundation".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! —Nnadigoodluck🇳🇬 04:04, 3 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit summaries

[edit]

Please don't "be clever" with edit summaries, such as [1]. I'm not sure if the displayed text is what you were intending, but it is not helpful to other editors for edit summaries to look like that, with the overlapping characters and various sizes. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 03:07, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

①Are any of the characters illegible? ②Are You reading on an iPhone? Thecurran (talk) 03:13, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I am on desktop, and see * typography: ᶞᵉʳᵉ∄ˣⁱˢᵗˢᴺᵒ page p͡f; instead ᶞᵉʳᵉ∃ˣⁱˢᵗˢᴬ page p̪͡f . Small characters like "ᵉ" are annoying at best, and the "there exists" symbols looked like they were overlapping other letters. User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 03:19, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
What I'm asking ᵐᵉᵃⁿˢ≡, " ①Are any of the characters You just pasted unreadable for your browser?". I ask this ᵇᵉᶜᵃ∵ˢᵉ when I view this conversation page on my old Android phone, everything looks crystal clear; both the "there exists no ◌ such that" character ∄◌ ∧ⁿᵈ the "there exists an ◌ such that" character ∃◌ have helpful ruby text around them as pronunciation guides for novice readers like this ᵈᵒᵗᵗᵉᵈᶜⁱʳᶜˡ◌ᴾˡᵃᶜᵉʰᵒˡᵈᵉʳ. ②BʸTʰᵉWᵃʸ, are You on an Apple of some sort? Thecurran (talk) 03:55, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
You're not understanding. Why are you using Unicode characters like "ᶞ" ("modifier letter small eth", Unicode 0x1D9E) and "∵" ("because", Unicode 0x2235) at all? User:力 (power~enwiki, π, ν) 04:00, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It isⁿ¬ᵗ very polite to keep ignoring some1's questions. ③May we please try to keep polite ∧ⁿᵈ focussed? ④Do You regularly use all the symbols ≡, ∵, ◌, ∄, ∧, ∧ⁿᵈ ∃? Many ⁽ʷᵒ⁾ᵐ人ⁿ don't; ᵗʰᵉʳᵉᶠ∴ʳᵉ in answer to your question⓵, I use this ruby text ᵇᵉᶜᵃ∵ˢᵉ many users forget these powerful translingual logical symbols, so using diacritics as a pronunciation guide for such users is a kindness. BʸTʰᵉWᵃʸ, ①Are any of the characters on this talk page unreadable for your browser? ②What kind of OᵖᵉʳᵃᵗⁱᵑSʸˢᵗᵉᵐˢ, devices, platforms, ∧ⁿᵈ browsers are You using? Request reason:

Ī'm trying to keep reprogramming my English dictionaries to keep up with everything the others dislike. I've removed all the æ, ɛ, ɪ, ɒ, ʊ, ʌ, ɑː, ɔː, eɪ, iː, aɪ, oʊ, uː vowels, to replace them with standard breve ∧(=and) macron diacritics ∧(=and) to make sure every logic symbol has a non‐superscript explanation, but Ī simply can't keep up with all the flaming from admins ∧(=and) reprogram all the English words in my phone's dictionary at the same time. User:Yamla, I'm not trying to vandalize or troll anyone and I wasn't yesterday. They asked me to stop using translingual symbols without spelling out every single letter, so I did. I have reprogrammed my phone. I honestly never intended to vandalize nor to troll anyone but I am sorry for disrupting so many editors. Can anything be done to resolve this? Thank You for your consideration and efforts. Thecurran (talk) 05:58, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've unblocked you following the discussion below. If you have questions or concerns about what might be considered disruptive on English Wikipedia, please consider asking an administrator, or you could get advice at the Teahouse or Help desk. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:22, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

See ANI May 2021 permalink. I don't know of a phone which posts gibberish. Is there any acknowledgement that the behavior is indistinguishable from trolling? Johnuniq (talk) 06:11, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

When I go to:
Settings > General management > Language and input > On-screen keyboard > Samsung Keyboard > Smart typing > Text shortcuts;
a screen comes up that writes,
Create shortcuts for frequently used phrases. Type a shortcut to see it as a text selection. For example, you could set "[email protected]" to be suggested whenever you type "email."
When I use such a shortcut often enough it gets set by my phone's computer dictionary as the most correct spelling to which it autocorrects. It was very useful when I tried to do homework on my phone 20 months ago; especially since I grew up in a dyslexic family.
I acknowledged that I disturbed everyone and I apologized. Thecurran (talk) 11:38, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Your latest edits seem to use standard English characters, which I think is a sign that you're ready to be unblocked. I'd prefer that you explicitly agree to only use symbols missing from a standard IBM PC keyboard in the specific circumstances that call for their use. For example, using mathematical symbols in mathematical equations, using the proper diacritics to write déjà vu, using € when talking about currency in euros, and using phonetic symbols only when writing how to pronounce Saoirse Ronan's name. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 19:44, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

My text confused people and it looked like trolling to them. I was trying to enrich my edit summaries to make them more translingual but it confused people and upset them. I've stopped and I'm sorry. Thecurran (talk) 16:58, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that's self-reflective and a good unblock request. But I was angling for an explicit statement like what I said above. I guess it doesn't matter. @GiantSnowman: what do you think? NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 02:43, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
WP:ROPE? Unblock and if they start any nonsense again then re-block. GiantSnowman 10:06, 21 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
