Visitors to Saint Kitts and Nevis must obtain a visa, unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.[1]

Citizens of the following 5 countries have the right to reside and work indefinitely in Saint Kitts and Nevis without any restrictions:[1][2]

Visa exemption

Citizens of the following countries and territories can visit Saint Kitts and Nevis as tourists without a visa, for stays up to the duration listed below:[1][3][4]

1 — 6 months for BOTC passport holders of Montserrat, and 3 months for all other classes of British nationality.

Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not name the following countries on the list of countries that need visas to travel to Saint Kitts and Nevis:[5]

Cruise ship passengers can visit Saint Kitts and Nevis for up to 24 hours without a visa.[6]

Holders of diplomatic or official passports issued to nationals of Haiti and holders of normal passports travelling on business do not require a visa for Saint Kitts and Nevis for up to 6 months.

Visa exemption agreements for all passports were signed with San Marino on 1 February 2019,[7] Togo[8] on 24 March 2019, Marshall Islands on 29 October 2019[9] and they are not yet ratified. A visa-waiver agreement was signed with Sudan; however, it has yet to be ratified.[10]

e-Visa

Visitors from countries that require a visa for Saint Kitts and Nevis can apply for an e-Visa.[1] With a printed approval they are issued a visa on arrival by an Immigration Officer for a fee of USD 100. The maximum length of stay is 30 days.[11]
