George Rainsford (31 de julio de 1982) es un actor británico, más conocido por interpretar a Jimmy Wilson en la serie Call the Midwife.
En 2008 se unió al elenco recurrente de la serie Waking the Dead, donde interpretó a Luke Boyd hasta 2011. Ese mismo año apareció como invitado en varios episodios de la serie médica Doctors, donde interpretó a JJ Bell. En 2009 obtuvo un pequeño papel en la película Wild Target.
En 2012 se unió al elenco recurrente de la serie Call the Midwife, donde interpreta a James «Jimmy» Wilson hasta ahora. El 11 de enero de 2014, se unió al elenco principal de la serie médica Casualty, donde interpreta al doctor Ethan Hardy hasta ahora.[1] Anteriormente, George había aparecido por primera vez en la serie en 2012, cuando interpretó a Alexander Forbes-Blackwell durante el episodio «Ricochet 'How to Save a Life’».
