Behind the Mask (song) - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Behind the Mask" is a synthpop song by the band Yellow Magic Orchestra. It was written by the band's keyboardist, Ryuichi Sakamoto. It was first produced in 1978 for a Seiko advertisement.[1] It was later released in 1979 on the band's album Solid State Survivor. English lyrics were added by Chris Mosdell.
Michael Jackson sang his own version of it. It was released in 2010, a year after Jackson's death on the album Michael. Jackson's version was released as a single in France.[2][3]
