Ildefons Cerdà - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ildefons Cerdà i Sunyer (23 December 1815 – 21 August 1876) was a Catalan-Spanish urban planner, civil engineer, politician. He developed new urban theories, including the extension plan of Barcelona 19th-century.
