Michel Camdessus (born 1 May 1933) is a French economist and administrator. He was Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 16 January 1987 to 14 February 2000.[1]
Camdessus is also a member of the Fondation Chirac's board of directors,[2] ever since the foundation was launched in 2008 by former French president Jacques Chirac.
