"Old Time Rock and Roll" is a 1979 song by Bob Seger. It was taken from his 10th studio album Stranger in Town. It went to number 28 in the United States, number 38 in New Zealand and number 31 in Canada. It was used in the 1983 movie Risky Business. It was covered by Status Quo in 2000.
