Saratov - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Saratov (Russian: Саратов), is a city and a major port on the Volga River. It is upstream (north) of Volgograd. It was founded in the year 1590.[1] Saratov had a population of 827,000 in 2010.[2] It is the administrative center of Saratov Oblast.[1]
