Tarsals are bones found in the feet. They are also known as ankle bones. There are seven of them in each foot. The seven tarsals are:

• Medial cuneiform
• Intermediate cuneiform
• Lateral cuneiform
• Navicular
• Talus
• Calcaneus
• Cuboid

• Metatarsals
• Phalanges
• Bones of the foot
• Ankle
• Foot
