Vernazza (Ligurian: Vernasa) is an Italian comune in the Province of La Spezia, in the region of Liguria, Northern Italy. It is part of the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.[3]

Vernazza is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia [en] ("The most beautiful villages of Italy").[4]

The fictional town Sapienza from the 2016 videogame Hitman [en] is inspired by Vernazza.[5]
