The controlling shareholder of J Trust Bank is J Trust Co., Ltd., one of Japan's leading and trusted financial groups, located Yebisu Garden Place Tower 7F, 4-20-3 Ebisu, Shibuya –ku, Tokyo, 150-6007 Japan.

J Trust Bank first established its presence in Indonesia in 2015. It currently offers high-quality banking services that meet Japanese standards to the people of Indonesia. The bank operates through 46 branches and 52 ATMs located in major cities across the country.

As the fourth most populous country in the world, J Trust Bank believes that the Indonesian economy is resilient to shocks and has high growth potential, along with the increasing income of the middle class. With the integration of banking expertise supported by Japanese retail financial insights, J Trust Bank is confident that it can help the middle income group in achieving various business opportunities in Indonesia.

J Trust Bank provides a variety of financial products to meet the needs of loans, savings, treasury, and other services. Some examples of loan products include working capital loans, home/apartment ownership loans, and heavy equipment investment loans.

For savings products, the Bank provides options such as savings, checking accounts, and deposits that are tailored to the needs of each individual. J Trust Bank also continues to develop various technology-based services that are safe and easy to use, namely J Mobile (mobile banking) and J Net (internet banking) for the convenience and comfort of customers.

J Trust Bank also continues to make various innovations so that the business performance carried out by the Bank can support the implementation of sustainability principles, namely in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). In 2023, J Trust Bank formed a Sustainability Committee directly responsible to the Board of Directors.

This committee assists in the implementation of the functions and duties of the Board of Directors and ensures that the business activities carried out by J Trust Bank are in line with the implementation of sustainability principles.
