Hi there! My sources included OCD UK, a national UK charity for those with OCD, and the International OCD Foundation. The page WP:MEDRS includes "position statements from national or international expert bodies" as reliable sources. Both of these bodies are expert bodies, so what is the issue? I will edit my work to substiate my info with info from other expert bodies like the CDC and NHS, but I think what I had before should have been fine.

A charity isn't necessarily (and usually isn't) an "expert body". The expertise should pertain to the field of medicine. The Muscular Dystrophy Association as a group does not have expertise in the medical aspects of muscular dystrophy. Please don't use such sources. They will be removed, per WP:MEDRS. An example of an expert body for muscular dystrophy would be American Academy of Neurology. Similarly, https://www.ocduk.org/ is not an expert body.
