Østre Toten is a municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. In 2022, 14,827 people lived there. It is part of the traditional region of Toten. The administrative center of the municipality is the village of Lena.[1]

Other villages in Østre Toten include Kapp, Kolbu, Kraby, Lensbygda, Nordlia, Skreia, and Sletta.[2]

The municipality covers an area of 562.56 square kilometers, making it the 193rd largest in Norway. As of 2023, Østre Toten has a population of approximately 14,896, ranking it as the 83rd most populous municipality in the country.[2][3]
